| School Days erfindet das Rad zwar nicht neu und nach dieser Episode zu urteilen läuft hier inhaltlich alles auf eine typische Love Story inklusive Dreicksbeziehung hinaus aber ich kann nicht verneinen das mein Interesse am weiteren Verlauf der Geschichte geweckt wurde. Es ist klar das eine Episode nicht ausreicht um dem Zuschauer die Charaktere großartig näher zu bringen aber sie wirken in ihren Verhaltensweisen doch etwas klischeelastig: Wir haben den schüchternen Jungen der seine große Liebe anhimmelt und dessen Schulfreundin die sich dafür einsetzt das ER und SIE zusammenkommen, selbstverstänlich ist sie heimlich in IHN verliebt und insgeheim todunglücklich. Wirklich sehr standardmäßig aber immerhin legen die Figuren in dieser Episode schon mal einen Grundstein zur Orientierung in welche Richtung School Days höchstwahrscheinlich laufen wird und stellt ebenfalls einiges an Dramatik in Aussicht. Natürlich kann man sich nicht völlig sicher sein ob es in dem Game dann auch wirklich so kommt aber mehr erfahren wir in den knapp 20 Minuten eben nicht und das ist natürlich die Absicht einer solchen Pilot-Folge die am Ende schreit: "Kauft euch das Game um zu erfahren wie die Geschichte ausgeht!". Also bleibt am Ende nichts übrig als Vermutungen anzustellen. Ich persönlich habe nicht vor mir das Dating-Game zu kaufen aber gegen eine eventuelle TV- oder OVA-Serie hätte ich nichts einzuwenden. Insgesamt ist School Days ein recht nett gelungener Appetitanreger, der mich zwar nicht unbedingt in pure Euphorie ausbrechen lässt aber dennoch ein klein wenig neugierig gemacht hat. Kurz gesagt: Bei einer Weiterführung von School Days in Anime-Form wäre ich dabei.

| I'm interested, although I can tell it's just a typical teen drama. The animation is incredibly smooth. However, it has a cliche love triangle and the typical two girls like one guy kind of feel. I knew what was going to happen and it did. Ah, it's just like one of those soap operas. These youngsters are going to go through a lot of hardships. And I sense much betrayal even if there won't be a next episode or whatnot.
However, too bad this is an H game because creators seem to have denied making a miniseries of the sort and that the first episode was more of a promo. And yes, the first episode seems to be editted by the fansub (forgot the group name... starts with P). Again, just a promo, but if it was a regular drama/romance series, I think it would have had a similar feel to Kimi ga Nozomu Eien.

| I don't really know why I watched this, but the characters looked cute and it seemed like it had very good animation. The fact that it was in Japanese with no subtitles made me a bit confused, but I do know one thing, they don't do anything but talk, slap eachother, and kiss. The animation is amazing, but the characters look REALLY short when you see their full body. The sound is nothing special. The story isn't either. The only reason why the enjoyment is so low is because I could not understand it. Either way the movie is a bit boring but it's only a preview for a game.
Note- If you can understand Japanese, then you can download the first chapter of School Days from the official website if you're interested in watching. Otherwise, watch it dubbed.

| This is a OVA of fully animated dating sim game by 0verflow. Different story progress depending on your choice. I wonder how they would make a video of this. I did a rough count, there are ~10 different endings and a total of ~70 different scenes.
The story is neither new nor bad. Love triangle between 3 youngsters(immature handling of relationships). I am more interested to see how OVA is translated from the original game.
I'd bring updates on if I see this.
Nevertheless the story was quite enjoyable to me because of some unpredicted developments. I shall not spoil any of the scenes.
