| I finally understand what the meaning of fan service is. Koi Koi 7 is has no story at all really, and focuses on lots of ecchiness whenever they get the chance. Well this harem is the very classic one where we have the main male character who makes a promise to a girl but doesn't remember. However they don't tell us what it is or it's just not a very good promise. Well anyways in my perspective i think this is about the Koi Koi 7 vs the Rich girls. I would stay far away from this unless you love ecchi, lots of fan service shots, and yuri action.

| Well, I've seen the final two episodes in raw form only, because I don't think any fansubbers bothered to do them. Why was obvious.
Koi Koi 7 is the tale of a generic likable loser that gets sent to an all-girls school. Ruling it is a group of stuck up rich *******, the leader of which is the granddaughter of the head of the academy.
Opposing this bunch is the Koi Koi 7, a group of hot babe teens with superhuman powers who live in a house together. Kazuko gets to live with them. His room turns out to have a hole where he can see into Yayoi's room. Naturally, evil rich girls fight Koi Koi 7 over likable loser.
This one is bad. VERY BAD. It's so bad I ended up doing the MST3K thing to get through it. It does make good MST fodder though.

| Im only reviewing this series because I dont understand why people give ratings based on the genre rather than the show individually. So many people who dislike ecchi give this series low ratings just because thats its genre, but I think to be fair we need to be more objective and less bias. Im not saying the reviews are off base, Im just tired of the rating coming solely from the fact that the anime inhabits the reviewer's pet peeve.
Overall, very lighthearted series...reminds me of a combo of Love Hina and a cleaner Eiken, with some Tenjou Tenge sprinkled in; typical harem anime with just RANDOM stuff thrown in, from mechs to school festivals to android girls the classic boarding house scenario.
Ecchi written all over this thing, story nearly none, everything else pretty mediocre, but pretty funny if you watch in the right frame of mind. There are better animes in this genre definitely, though.

| Based off of a very pre-mature review (Second out of 2 episodes).
Now I finally understand what fan-service is. I think this may have been a Love Hina rip-off with some mechs, action, idiotic villians and lots of panty shots. Just the beginning of the episode I watched, I saw a good.....10? Wow...10 shots. On the bright side, they sure don't hate to hide when I skirt flies up. On a definite downer, I can feel the ecchi fan-service oozing out of this. It's tainted my eyes and I'm so utterly disgusted that I don't think I will pick up this series. I guess I can't handle fan-service like I thought I could

I will definately be watching this show, it's great. Typical guy in all girls school setting, with a ridiculous storyline.
Koi Koi 7, six girls who live together and fight against the Evil rich girls of the school. They go to classes together and afterwards fight with giant robots and missile launchers.
Into this mess add an incredible amount of Ecchi shots, our confused lead male Tanaka, and the red head of Koi Koi 7 who doesn't seem to fight, but is in love with our boy.
Don't expect storyline or well developed characters, or overall quality, expect stupid laughs and pointless Ecchi.
Oh, I should put in that all the girls have different powers/roles, there's the weapons girl, the one who can fly, the one with super strength, the one with the hair of mass destruction and the analytical telepath that directs their efforts, and lastly the red-haired girl who rescues Tanaka.

| Ok this review is only based on episode 1. It's going to be updated as I go along.
The first episode IMO was kindda boring. It's a show with one guy and many girls. But it doesn't seem to stand out at all. The guy who I assume is the male lead (Can't rmb his name.) seemed to take a backseat thoughout most of the show.
I think the intention was more towards introduction of the other characters first.
This show is about this bunch of girls who call themselves Koi Koi 7. And they're the good guys, and going against them are another group of girls who think that they are more superior than them.
So instead of petty squabbles, the 2 groups pit against each other using an arsenal of weapons at their disposal. Sounds pretty far-fetched eh?
I got confused trying to find out who's who and what's happening. Hopefully this series will get better...
