This Anime offers an interesting story happening in the 16th century Japan.
Animation is very fair, and pretty crisp. No complain.
Sound is well tuned to the atmosphere and helps set the pace. It could be a bit richer
Character drawing lacks a bit of variety, although quite neat. Many characters look alike. Character individual development is pretty limited as this anime seldomly focuses on single people and rather focuses on high level strategies, politics and battle. However, most Characters display their own way of thinking which is an important part
The Story is imho interesting, but may appear a bit complex to encompass. there is a flood of names, places and people with their respective position, so it is a challenge to keep track. However, the actions follows each others at a high pace and leave little room for boredom. One need to have an interest in historical settings and strategy to appreciate the scenario
Good value. High quality anime with a documented research over the covered period. I don't feel getting dumb after seeing this. Very classical in some ways
Enjoyment is very fair. If I could follow all eps in a row, I would certainly watch them, but a few months separate each release. It must be very complex to translate, so the outstanding work of DP Fansub should be congratulated.
