| Sweet love story with non-generic characters, and a solid story setup. Two sex-scenes and a decisive male lead. Concluded with a happy-end. What else could you wish for? Well how about two more episodes.
This OVA is simply too short, to sympathize with the characters and to feel the atmosphere.
The production values for this anime are surprisingly high. The animation is not really fluid but very detailed. I appreciate detail over fluidity.
I loved the score. I really did. The anime is accompanied skillfully by sweet orchestral tunes, and the ED is good Hard Rock.
I think 3 episodes would be able to convey that much more. The story *is* capable and set up very well, but too much happens in a far too short time. There is simply no time to slowly sink into the atmosphere of the anime. Rewatching it helps in this aspect.
If you like romance, and don't go mind anime-incest (his sister is *really* cute), 50min won't kill you. I was entertained and because of the rapid progression of events, the anime has a high rewatch value. But please don't think you will find another KoiKaze here. This anime is DaCapo without the harem and time to appreciate it. I liked it. Recommended.

| Okay... this isn't the most interesting thing to watch, but it isn't that bad either, at least for now. It doesn't develop the story enough to be critical about it. I think the main problem with this OVA is that we never really get to know the characters on a personal level. Basically, the personalities that we see are pretty generic for forbidden love romances - and we don't get to know much about Yori or Iku and what they are like in various situations.
Another thing about this OVA is that one thing leads to another then to another. Very big events happen in quick succession and we don't really get to experience the feelings that come along with it. I mean... the guy gets a gf... then he gets his sister... then he has to move... then it ends.
I found this OVA to be interesting, and it definitely isn't horrible. I would be interested in something like this, had it been longer and more developed. I guess from this OVA alone, I don't really get to know anything about the background story. As a result, the love/sex scenes are basically the highlight of this series - all the kissing and stuff, it is almost like a softcore hentai with a semi-real cast of characters (as opposed to those blow up dolls in hentais with no personality).
Even though I found this to be mildly interesting, I don't really recommend watching it. Because of the inconclusive ending, as well as a glossed over story, this OVA doesn't do much by itself. However, if you are a sucker for forbbiden love melodramatic atmospheres, why not try this?

| It's either you like this or you don't.
It's just an OVA, about 50 minutes, and there's nothing much to boast about this anime.
The animation has quite some room to improve, the drawings of the face being somewhat out of proportion. It's not the clean, sleek type of animation that most new anime have. The colours, however, suit the love atmosphere of the story.
Sound? Nothing to comment here, as there was nothing that even caught my attention.
The story is something. Well, it's incest, so it's a new genre altogether to me. I kinda like the approach of the anime though, it's not too strong and it's quite simple actually. If you want to venture into this genre, I think that this anime would be a good starter.
As for the character, the brother is aggresive!~ He wants her all right. Ok, that's it, I'm not going to give away spoilers and risk this review getting deleted. Nothing for me to complain about the characters here, except that Yori was really cruel to Iku's best friend. What goes on in that guy's mind, for heaven's sake?! He's supposed to be down-to-earth! (Eh, some suspense there huh?)

Anyways, just try it out if you want something different. It's just one short OVA, guess it can't kill you. ^_~

| (based on ICE CREAM fansubs. Appropriate name since summer is near. Good translation)
Since this OVA is based on a manga of the same name by Kotomi Aoki, in order to appreciate it and understand the plot I'd recommend reading the manga first. The OVA is based on the first 3 (out of 11) volumes that are scanlated by Shoujomagic. Unfortunately the rest arent scanlated yet, at a moment I was beginning to like the manga. The last volume was published last August in Japan.
The OVA sums up the major events of the manga, omitting the rather more violent side of Yori and the more submissive one of Iku (yes in the manga it gets even worse) and also the more graphic sex scenes, though in the manga they arent too explicit ,at least till the volumes I read.
Sure the OVA doesnt reach the quality of Koi Kaze in plot and characters , though the manga was getting interesting and perhaps till the eleventh volume it could have been as enjoyable as the Koi Kaze manga.
Instead the animation and sound are very good, the former consisting of soft, mild colours in the characters and backgrounds and the latter of soothing piano and violin music.
The problem is that 47 minutes werent much to cover such a difficult topic. The characters feel rushed and the viewer doesnt get the chance to symphatize or dislike them. It is a pity because they are wonderfully drawn and the voice actress for Inu is well known.
I heard a second OVA is on its way. I'll watch this too, though I'd have preferred to read the rest of the manga instead.
Overall, recommended only if you've read and liked the manga. If you didnt you'll not grasp much. This OVA could have been much better with 2 episodes more and a better direction.

| The tittle says it all. And because of it, you can pretty much guess what kind of anime this is. And really from there on the plot becomes quite dull, though they did a good job. Yup this is an incest anime as the tittle says. I am not sure if its really that good. It is a lot like Maria SGM in a lot of ways.

| Overall, this is agorgeouly animated and appropriately dramatic OAV. But ever since Koi Kaze, I've been pretty strict on incest anime. It has to be realistic and the characters have to be REALLY tormented. However, this was a wispy, forbidden love type anime that didn't have the guts to commit to a strong, gut-wrenching story. If you like Shoujo, or incest, or even both, you'll probably like this. If you want a good shoujo OAV, but can't stand the theme of this, unlike Koi Kaze, this doesn't even give anyone who may be a little freaked out by incest a chance to understand it.

| The animation is done very well. Characters and scenes are beautifully drawn. The design of the characters reminds me of Angel Sancturary. Many people think this OVA is similar to Koi Kaze, but I think it's more like the first three episodes of Angel Sancturary. Its worth while to watch if you are tired of Action Sci-fi animes and wish to enjoy some quiet and peaceful romance. The music is great for relaxation or romance. Overall, there is nothing very intuitive in this anime -- You don't have to think.

| Nothing but some incest to spike up a series. BwInKwS (nice acronym) tries to be a serious love story between twins. Unfortunately the series writers have forgotten that to make a good romance show, it quite important to make the romance feel something worthwhile and nice.
They don't. The one responsible: Yori. The guy is well described with two words: disgusting slimeball. As the episode goes on and I witness more and more of he forcing his sister to love him (in the flesh I mean), the more I hoped that Iku would blantly refuse him or someone would just shoot him. It's not enough for him to ruin his sister, he has to abuse another girl too. My god, how revolting can you get.
My only hypothesis explaining this OVA is that the creators actually wanted to make a series deterring siblings from having sex with each other. That would explain why the seemingly happy ending left me feeling sick and disappointed.
I would really like to refer people away from this series and to some hentai if they want to see some brother-sister action or to Koi Kaze if they want a romantic piece. If you have just surprised your kids screwing each other, then show this to them. Should scare them enough to never do it again.

| Anime that has I (boku), sister (imouto) and love (koi) in title can have only one topic. And so it does, but actually in a quite strange way.
"Angel Sanctuary" had its plot related excuse (in manga). Poor it was but hey, at least it was there and I could laugh at it.
"Koi Kaze" decided to show You what does it means to break a taboo. It put the money on emotions that surround such deed.
"Onegai Twins" decided to toy with 'possible' incest, catering to one's decency by the 'it's only possible, not sure' excuse.
"Boku wa Imoto ni Koi wo Suru" tells it story in a way that no other anime before it did. It actually throws incest in because... because why not?
There is no actual explanation for Iori loving his sister Iku in that way. There is no actual explanation for her sudden deep feelings for him. Alhthough here at least we are provided an excuse - he threatened her with "I'll leave for evah" banal.
"Boku wa Imoto ni Koi wo Suru" would be much better as an ordinary romance where two main characters should not love each other because of different social status, enemity between their families, or other disadvantages. But as it is, when it uses incest as a way to shock You and get Your attention it falls flat on its face.

| Incest rulz??? I think not, but this one is really cute and might be exceptional to all incest. Twins thing really play out well. They got flashback as a backbone as the memories for character to build up their love. Animation was great. The view was beautiful. The romance scenes looks so soft you want to eat it. Story seem a little bit extreme but they blame everything on the guy so that ok. lol.
Really cheesy romance. This and koi kaze are not the same. Koi Kaze is really focus on age differnt, but this ova is pure teenage and it even had their own inner thought sort out. Very good 40 min. ova.

| Bueno, despues de ver el episodio uno solo espero que produscan muchos mas.
Esta muy divertida, claro que es para gente que se divierte cosas que no son acepatadas en las sociedades modernas, o resumiendo hechis.
La historia es de dos hermanos que se llevan muy bien desde pequeños pero con el tiempo el hermano se da cuenta de que esta colgado de ella.(enamorado)
Y pide un traspaso para estudiar en una escuela que queda muy lejos de la hermana.
Pero como siempre en toda buena serie debe haber un triangulo amoroso, asi que una chava esta colgada del hermano, yori.
Pero como ya di mucho spoiler, mejor mirenla, yo me diverti mucho viendola y la recomiendo.

| Lovely anime, felt like a hentai due to the animation and character design, but a decent love story.
One thing I felt was that the time allowed here was far too short; there wasn’t enough time to let the emotions to reside and settle. But I made the most of it.
Animation quality was excellent, the covers and picture you see doesn’t really represent the animation quality at all. It was eye candy. But the lead male’s eyes, I thought, were a bit out of proportions.
Male characters were typical of shoujo genre, and female characters were typical of hentai genre – something for everyone I suppose.
I watched this straight after Koi Kaze (which had the same topic) and this wasn’t as good. But if you are interested in the taboo of incest, then I’d say this is a must, otherwise, it’s a good romantic anime, albeit a little unmemorable.

| It's just OK, if anything. The only thing I felt when I watched this is a bit of boredom and kind of weird. It’s like it's obvious what's going on, and there are no surprises or originality in this. It has all the typical incest story stuff in it: the Ethical POV, the emotional POV, the 'family will turn apart if they knew' POV, and of course, the religious POV (GOD IS WATCHING YOU! and he's eating popcorn!).Overall, it’s pretty lame in all aspects. The lame animation doesn’t do it any good either (damm, if you're going to make a guy fall in love with his sister, at least make her hot!).Characters were highly uninteresting and the story was too fast and annoying. It’s just bad bad bad -_-

| Straight 6. I picked this up because I needed something to pluck a heartstring. At first I watched this in RAW form and didn't know what they were saying. Got me a subbed version and now I'm a tad confused. I mean, it's not bad but at the same time it was kinda...it felt just like I was watching it. And as for the love in it. DAMMIT!! Another brother / sister romance..wtf is wrong with me? I'm a prince for pain, that's all. Anyway, it was infact an hour long and the characters were a tad weird lookin' (just me though). The whole siblings thing though. I never had siblings so it's neither a turn-on or off when I watch lovey-dovey stuff but I'm sure I wouldn't want to be all googley over my blood sister especially if I had to live with her. Mmm....in a way it was my type of show but not my type. I guess if you really need some romance in your life then you may MAY (be warned damn you) may want to check this out.

| Although it was only an hour long, this was a pretty good anime. Fan's of "Koi kaze" will definately enjoy this one as it also contains a brother/sister relationship.
The animation and sound were both pretty good, the ending sound track was pretty cool and sort of sounded kind of "heavy metal". Much to my surprise there was no nudity at all, just some "suggestive sex sceens".
The story was really good for a 1 hour OVA, im surprised so much was packed into such a short amount of time. Theres alot of drama in the first half and alot of romance in the last. Id describe the story as sort of a "Koi kaze" in a nutshell.
While i dont think this OVA was perfect, its probly one of the best brother/sister romance anime's your gona find, next to Koi kaze. This anime would be best suited to people who have an open mind and like romance anime's.

| To think I expected something with a compassionate, levelheaded view of incest like Koi Kaze...Instead, I was given Boku wa Imoto ni Koi wo Suru, which took the subject and used it in order to generate drama. Poorly thought out, cheap, easy drama. This drama is then superimposed on an ultra-generic school life setting with a love triangle, a misunderstood affair and all that hackneyed dialogue.
That idealized, bizarre view of incest that we saw in Angel Sanctuary returns here with a vengeance. In the former series, there was probably a plot-related excuse; here, it's just...ugh. I don't even want to say any more. Actually, maybe it's in order to bring up what a creep Iori is and what an idiot Iku is, and also to question the unconditional acceptance that Iori's friend assumes about his lifestyle. Everyone in this OVA has contracted a serious case of the stupids. This feels like a freaky alternate-reality Saikano where Shuji and Chise are actually related. And trust me, that's hardly a good thing.

| WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT...from the title i thought i could brace myself for this one. i'm usually not biased on what i watch (except yaoi stuff). this one really shocked me (this coming from someone who's seen his SHARE of hentai). there were parts were i screamed (like a little girl too i might add), sigh i don't know why. the drama was done well from my stand point. i don't know wether to support their love or puke from it. all in all it's not for everyone, definitely not for the kiddies. watch if you like drama.
