| Cute, light-heart, comedies plus a little touch of fantasy.
This is truely a catgirl anime. The cat in the anime can communicate each other and somehow seem to understood human too. But to saparate the human race and cat race, human can't understand catgirl lang. Althou, human really seen the cat as they in catgirl form and not regular cat in real world.
Every cat in this anime are well drawed and fairly cute. Of course my main girl gotta be Taruto. Her personlity perfectly suit to be a cat princess and I just can't enough of her 'meow' at the end of her sentenses.
Early eps are about fun and touching momemnts, getting know the towns and people around them making freind and such. Then it get more action as they explore the new world and found out the facts about her real identity. Of course we already knew, but you will have to watch the end. There's a little surprise there. And YES it's a happy ending so everyone will live happily ever after.
BTW: watch the last ending credit to see how everyone doing and all the stories wrap up in a happiest way. :D

| I like cute stuff which means i like this anime, this anime got me stuck from episode 1. I also have 5 cats at home. This title of this anime says it all: cat girls, magical girls, and cuteness galore. If you like none of the above don' bother watching.
The animation is very colorful and detailed, However in episode 6 Taruto catches a bottle and Iori picks it from her hand but its still in her hand and in Iori's hand, it duplicated itself hahaha, magic. That was the only flaw with the animation not gonna lower a point either because it was minor.
Sound and music is good. I myself replayed the opening many times because I liked it very much. If you like the Op/Ed to Azumanga Daioh you should like this opening, same artist, Im pretty sure. Ending also good. Taruto's voice is great, so cute, so Kaho from Sister Princess. Chitose is also cute sounding and cute as well. The rest of the character serve there purpose well.
Story is decent but really doesnt come into action until the end, you really are just watching the antics of Taruto and friends most of the time. Kinda like Hamtaro. Ending is and happy and good and even a little bit suprising and unpredictable.
I don't even need to explain the characters, Taruto alone is enough for the perfect 10.
Anyways I believe this anime was made just for me, I liked it so much. I don't recomend this for every one. It is made for the chibi viewers, but 18 year olds like it too...yes im 18, no i'm not some lolita loving hentai freak.

| This is one of those anime that could have been better. The animation was the main reason I even got this anime, because it looked very cute and clean. The music is a bit on the 'annoying' side, and the story I didn't understand. To me the show just started without explaining much of anything. There wasn't really even a beginning. However, later on in the show it become more enjoyable. This is the type of genre I usually like, but this anime just didn't cut it for me.

| Extremely sceptic to the title, with only "Taruto" displaying. Wee, the rest of the title isn't that bad..
and the anime was....

I've thought after seing some minute something harsh would come, but it didn't, making me jump in my chair.
So funny the rest of the episodes, and sooo cute! Haven't seen the last episodes, which has been rated quite good. If they are that good, I'll plus some more points to this.
The cat who likes Ta-ruto is my favourite, how cute she is!!!
I'll get it-nyaaaaaanoo!!

| This anime just didn't interest me for some reason. The characters were well drawn, but the story was just... not quite there. I'm struggling just to finish watching it x_x
edit: Well now that I finished watching it, it's not so bad. The 2nd half of the anime picks up and gets very sweet and cute which is a good thing. Last 3 episodes were great. ^_^

| Magical Nyan Nyan Taruto is another hyper cute anime, filled with pastel colors, comedy, and nice fuzzy moments. The story follows the rather childish Taruto, a young cat with rather limited magical powers that never seem to work as she wants them to. The underlying cat society is interesting, and the hybrid miniature cat people are adorable. While the story is rather shallow most of the time, it does contain it's moments, and the majority of time it's fun to watch. If you enjoy kawaii anime, Magical Nyan Nyan Taruto is another anime worth checking out.

| For reasons I can't even comprehend, I liked this anime. Its cute beyond description, and at the same time I feel its some catgirl/lolita/maid fetish gone horribly wrong.
The story is pretty engaging, but I really wish they had delved a bit more into the relation ship between the humanoid cats and their human master. That seemed to have a lot of untapped potential. The characters are all nicely insane, although I wish they had thrown the clashing personalities together more. But you get the impression of a very deep world, even if only the surface is ever skimmed.
And honestly, the intro song is just the cutest thing I've ever heard.

| One of these cutie-cutie animes you just happen to watch if there is nothing else. I think kids will enjoy it much more. For grown-ups or teens there is nothing to really amaze them.
Neither the graphics nor the sound are the best and what kind of story do you expect from an anime like that? Right, not a complex one.
So its a one-watch-and-already-forgotten-series.
I don't quite remember it myself anymore even though i finished watching it some hours ago. ^^
