| Well this is a superhero movie which is a lot like Kamen Rider/Masked Rider/power ranger like that genre. Its an action-sci fi, where the hero goes around in an outfit stopping crime. The 1hour+ movie is actually quite a solid story, with how the 8Man comes and disappears. Its not the best type of story, but then neither are all the 3 examples I mentioned above. Animation in 199r is a lot like normal cartoon animation, the animation is very very good for 1993 with colors quite fresh and quite detailed designs. Sound is ok, not the best that I have heard, could use more tuning, though the BGM is on-queue like the power rangers anime. It does not work well@kind of song that you will like, but its there.Characters, well there is this quite macho guy who is 8 man, like all kinds of kids shows, the hero must be a well looking person, and really that is the only noticeable character. Nothing else is there, aside from the victims he saves.
Its not bad, though I don't want to watch it again, and if I had known what kind of anime this is, I will not watch it at all.
