Ok, so this anime is really rare. It's a OLA release, meaning it only was released on laserdisc.
Made by GAINAX as a parody of the many poor fighting-animes at the time, it contains purposely lacking animation and plot. It's also very good, with a ton of humor packed in the two episodes released.
