| I don't understand the reviews from the other people saying that this anime is no good. I do not think that is true at all.
Anime is short but the love story is portrayed quite well. Both the main female and male character goes through times of jealousy thinking their mate doesn't like them.
It is true that the main character is a pervert, but that isn't the only part of him. Beneath the veil of pervertedness you can easily see a deep side to him. Also there are minor characters that aren't shown so much, but have amusing personalities such as the main female character's older sister or main male character's younger sister who seems to love bb guns and will use it relentlessly on her brother.
Anyhow this anime isn't just ecchi. It's really a good love story too. The development of love could've been longer, but for 12 episodes it was probably done the best way possible.
Well, I watch a lot of romance animes so I do have a lot to compare to and this wasn't bad at all. If you liked anime like ai yori or lamune or whole bunch of other romance animes, you'll probably like this one too. The only major downside to the anime if anything was that it was just too short.

| Well, this isnt a very memorable anime for me so probably it wont be for you.
Pretty much it was just an ecchi, fanservice, really-weak, romance story.
ANIMATION:
It wasn't bad... or it wouldnt have been if this was y2k... there was some pointless fanservice and average looking characters. its lettus in the immortal words of BT
SOUND:
I almost liked the opening theme... almost
STORY:
A highschool girls crush moved back into the house next door and she gets all excited about it because she remembered him as such a great guy... really he wasnt anything special, and her immage of him gets shattered. they both kinda like eachother but they have a seriese of missunderstandings and squabbles and almost lose their friendship...
CHARACTER:
One average jeallous main femail lead character, One over supportive and overly perfect big sister, one average lackluster pervert main male leed, one nearly emotionless shy little sister character, one overly energettic and slightly obnoxious little girl support character, one actually new to me supportive best friend whos not a tottal prude.. and then the generic static support characters, who are just there to help the story along
nothing new or really that interesting
VALUE:
try and make me watch it again, i had to make me watch it the first time
ENJOYMENT:
all enjoyment i derived from this show was from watching marie say tenchu and shoot yuji with the pellet guns... that was amuseing like the first two episodes and that was it.

| A quick and fairly light anime (that should definitely add ecchi to its category list here on Animenfo) about a girl's childhood crush (a neighbor) returning.
Of course the parents of both families, who are friends go off and disappear, leaving the kids home alone. Not that this should surprise you since 80% of all anime seem to follow a similar plot. The older sister seems very mature and keeps them all in check.
There's not too much of a plot, what's there mainly revolves around people viewing the past with rose tinted glasses, and the protagonist of the show doesn't remember that her neighbor was just as naughty / ecchi as a kid as he is now. Throw in some friends, ultra violence Love Hina style, a very bare bones love triangle and you have what you'd expect.
If all this sounds good, its a show for you. If not, look for something more your style.
