| Bleach fans may get something out of this retelling of the “Ichigo's mum” episode, but it doesn't add enough to what was already there to really be considered worthwhile.

| Diese OVA ist praktisch ein Recap der Geschehnisse rund um den Tod von Ichigos Mutter aus der TV-Serie. Inhaltlich ist diese Episode ganz sicher nicht die schlechteste, allerdings bekommt man hier falls man die Serie bereits gesehen hat nichts Neues gezeigt. Es gibt weder neues Bildmaterial noch neue Dialoge noch sonst etwas, also ist diese OVA insgesamt gesehen relativ überflüssig. Wer die Serie gesehen hat braucht sich diese Episode nicht anzuschauen und wer die Serie nicht gesehen hat der tut besser daran dies nachzuholen anstatt sich mit dieser OVA einige Spoiler abzuholen.

| bleach jump festa is a sad yet funny anime. the story about ichigos mom is moving and gives you a better view of ichigo. he lives with the thought that he is responisble for the dead of his mom. this all is accompanied by a hilarious humour that made me laugh very hard. overall i really enjoyed this but i cant give it 10 points in category of enjoyment because the violence against the little girls was a bit too much i think.

| It's a good idea to watch this well before the guys first enter the Soul Society!
It's a rather nice indepth version of the events surrounding the death of Ichigo's mother several years in the past and fleshes out the encounter Ichigo has with the Grand Fisher Hollow.
I imagine as with an awful lot of these short OVAs that have no beginning and no ending, they were made purely to bring to life a certain section of the manga, so that fans could get an idea of what the manga looks like when animated.
Not bad to watch, but nothing very exciting either!!

| This anime is actually an alternative version to one of the series episodes, so I suggest viewing around 20 eps of the series before viewing this as its the same setting as the fisher hallow.
Sound, animation, characters, are all the same as in the series, and I have reviewed it, so only the story will be focused here
