| I did not enjoy this anime that much. First, if you are new to the otome series this might be a decent anime but then seasoned followers of the series will feel it slightly less than nice. Splitting the anime into 3 parts then making it into a prequel of Mai Otome does not work that well. It does show the characters reappearing before they need to but some characters which have a role in this anime have different roles in the mai otome series.

| First off I wanna say FIRST <3 lol first review!
Anyway This anime taught me one thing. I can only HOPE to know what's going on in the Mai Hime/ Otome universe... it is SO confusing they seem to always take the former series' enemy and make her an ally.
Anyway I watch anime like these with a somewhat non-dicerning eye. Mai Hime was nice and big on the drama romance, but Mai Otome just gets confusing and rather seems to like to make fun of itself ^.^ Anyway I do suggest this watch, even as a buy (it's only 3 episodes...). If your like me, you'll find it very fun too watch! I'm even a man and it's pretty squarely targeted at girls (or maybe not... who's to know these days??) and I didn't get one bit of that squirmy feeling like 'I shouldn't be watching this' lol.
Anyway the end of this had a nice precurser (?) for another series and I really look forward to it! Not just because of the one fully exposed breast in one shot... but that's cool too -_-.
