| This is the best movie DBZ.WHY???
Only because the fights hand to hand are great but lacks more art in the fights and for that you need Kung Fu you need Ten Shin Han
the master of the crane style.
The worst part is the participation of krilin because krilin isn t a fighter but a clown so clowns shouldn t fight and kame sennin(retired fighter) and yajirobe (always running of fights and trainings) come on.The story is poor because it isn tpossible observe character or situations growing so...
if you like good dbz fights forget it and watch this.

| In my quest for review-ing all of the DBZ buckets of puke...uhhh...movies, this review's target is...Cooler's Return.
While the first Cooler film was average(the others are bad so no complaints about the terms) this one takes a step backwards and ends up as being very bad.
The animation is decent...as usual it's just at DBZ quality range so why the Hell milk it? It's decent and leave it at that.
The sound...same as above...the Japanese version for Cooler's voice was actually not annoying enough to make your ear-drums rupture.
Story-wise...kill the bad-guy, save the planet....just that there are 1 milion bad guys this time and the planet's New Namek. So...it's very weak(I'm running out of insults for such films). The interesting fact here is that Vegeta and Goku battle together agains Cooler and there are some interesting moments in the battle plus some decent humor: "-Vegeta, it's been great fighting by you. / -Shut up!"
And on to the bad-guy: Cooler's back...woopty doo! So what? If he was decent in the first film, here he is by the dozen(literally). I liked the original Cooler but the metal version of himself is damn annoying.
Just another DBZ movie where the bad guy comes back for another round of getting messed up. Why can't they stay dead...all cast included.
Not enjoyable, not re-watchable...just plain barf...uh...bad.

| Cooler is back, and now he's super powerful. Each of his little bits can become a super warrior, while even a single Cooler is stronger than Goku and Vegeta individually.
A planet's fate is at the brink of being destroyed with its Nameks being enslaved. ALl of Goku's friends are going to be sucked of their energy.. what's he going to do??!
As you can see, this type of story line is present throughout MOST of dragon ball Z. Some omnipotent fighter (seemingly invincible) enemy, a bunch of side people getting their lives sucked out of them one way or another, etc etc.
Very stereotypical in the sense of Dragonball... this story sucks and as a result this movie is not worth watching for this sole reason alone. This Dragon Ball Z Movie is among the lowest of the low in terms of plot depth. They throw you randomly on a Namek planet, then suddenly Cooler is some self-regeneration guy,
Next, the battle scenes. These are semi-cool. I suppose there is some merit into this movie as Goku and Vegeta team up (but why does vegeta show up haha, that's so random) and fight again, to their limits, and one always ends up sacrificing big surprise. Compared to the one with the Jamanba fight, however, this duo really doesn't do much.
IF you haven't seen any dragon ball z movies, this one is boring and eventless and cliche enough that you wouldn't want to watch more, sadly.
IF you have seen dragon ball z, this won't do much to satisfy your urge for great new fights or little humorous side plots.

meta-cooler is awsome, but the story this time had no motive or direction.
yes cooler did return but, not with an impact. the fighting is good, everything is good, except for the jokes and lame robots. plus funimation didnt do a good packaging, its repulsive and no MUSIC?!?!?!
a must see for Die-hard dbz fans.
but a pass for normal ones

| Aww, that Movie is awesome. I enjoyed it and I like Coola very much. But watch it only if you like DragonBall Z.

| Overall, if your a die-hard DBZ fanboy you will like this. Otherwise, you will probably want the missing 40 some odd minutes of your life back.

| Diesesmal wird Cooler einfach wiederbelebt und schon kann man sich um wichtigere Dinge als die Plotline kümmern :) Dennoch gefiel mir dieser Movie sehr viel besser als der "Vorgänger", lag hauptsächlich an Vegeta. Der hebt die Stimmung wenigstens ETWAS an.
