| A second season of Galaxy Angel... bring it on!
Basically, season 2 is more of the same - more zany Angels, more Lost Technology mayhem, and more fresh stories of comedy and semi-tragedy alike. Time to get technical with the series overall (think of this as a "part 2" to my GA reviews).
While the animation is the same throughout the series (excellent, no budget run-outs, more Angel Frame battles), the musical score choices are the better of the two technical aspects. There is a variety of score choices in GA, from the comedy tracks with trumpets and upbeat synth to tragedy tracks with violins and orchestrated symphonies. I found them very provocative especially in the more tragic stories. You can say this is the same for all series, but for Galaxy Angel, it stands out more because of the one-shot experiences and stand-out script writting for nearly all tragic stories.
Transitioning from that, the tragic story aspect is the better of the two types of one-shot episodes we receive. The comedy depends on the hit-or-miss formula while the tragedy always hits - they're more enjoyable because of the stereotype against comedies. Unfortunately the ratio between comedy and tragedy is about 7:1, so don't expect a lot of them.
To the notes of score comparisons (with season 1): I only lowered the Sound and Story categories by one point. The OP and ED got more poppy and are beginning to get saturated with onomatopoeia (the first season's are less poppy and more bluesy [ED]) - a trend more evident in season 3. For the story, it's basically more of the same, but less so than the first season for what it has to offer. It has one, less episodes, and two, overall slight lack of substance.
Onto season 3!

Alright, after watching the first season and being dissappointed, I came into watching the second season, Galaxy Angel Z with much less expectations. Galaxy Angel Z still could not meet up to my original expectations of this anime being very funny but it is certainly better than the first. There were more laughs but that was about it.

| Galaxy Angel 2 is the second season of the hilarious Galaxy Angel anime. It consists of 18 13 minute long totally unrelated episodes.
The animation is pretty much the same as in Galaxy Angel, just like the sounds. However, the opening and ending themes have degraded drastically to being absolutely annoying, in my opinion at least. The theme songs sound more like kindergarten or primary school songs than anything else, which could be great for younger viewers but might be a bit harder to bare for more mature viewers.
The storyline in Galaxy Angel was unrelated and humorous, but an extra factor was included in season 2, namely: "absurdity".
The story in some episodes are pathetically poor and kills the humour at times despite the fact that there are some geniunely hilarious moments. This might be the main problem of having unrelated episodes, as a new story has to be thought up every time.
The strangeness and exaggeration of the characters haven't reduced a bit and no new main characters are introduced throughout the season. This somewhat hurts the value of this anime as people could just skip this season and move onto the much more impressive season 3 of Galaxy Angel without feeling lost at all.
Because I enjoyed Galaxy Angel a lot, Galaxy Angel 2 was still pretty fun to watch despite its let downs. It is probably a must watch for Galaxy Angel lovers, but you wouldn't miss much if you decide to skip it.

| Galaxy Angel Z is just as good, if not better than Galaxy Angel. More humor, more fun!

| Exactly like the first series in every way, but the animation and sound got better. The animation is alot more clear and the opening theme is very cute. The story is just like the first series, when they look for lost technology and stuff. Characters are still the same but the second season, I thought, was alot of funny than the first. You will probably want to watch the first series before this one, only because the second season just... hm... 'starts' without explaining the story. If you want to know the storyline and get firmiliar with all the characters, watch the first season.
Oh, and the description of Mint where someone tells about what happens in the episode is actually from the first season.
Galaxy Angel is a funny as heck series, even though each episode is only 15 minutes long it seems like it's so much shorter because it's so enjoyable.

| LOTS AND LOTS OF LAUGHS AND NO FANSERVICE!!
Although there is no plot line, each episode contains its own unique story. These stories are all very original and are all incredibly funny.
Characters are still the same from the first season and are just as lovable and hilariouse as before.
Sound and animation aren't the strong points of this series but its not bad.

| The second season of Galaxy Angel was--much like the first--almost entirely filler. But it's the kind of entertaining filler that is worth watching. The comedic value is still there. Unfortunately the few episodes that drift into drama aren't as good and ultimately make the series drag a bit compared to the first season. Nevertheless, season 2 is still enjoyable, with nice animation, great voice acting and fun characters.

| Its not as funny as the first one and it does has a little bit more of trying to make a story going on, not that is bad of anything but I think GA fans would watch this only because of the comedy. The first one is better than this in my option but this does try to build up the cast of characters.

| The second season of Galaxy Angel concentrates a lot more on serious stories about the characters and less on humour. Didn't quite match my expectations after seeing the first season. There seems to be some minor improvements in animation but nevertheless it looks and sounds like the first Galaxy Angel. I doubt there are many who find this more enjoyable to watch than the first season, though it gives some insight on the characters.

| Same as GA1, funny stuff. Even better animation. Below is my GA1 review. Basically same thing for GA2.
This is pretty funny stuff! I’d figure this would be one of those ecchi comedies, but it never gets into any of it. Instead, this series uses Excel Saga and Jungle wa Itsumo . . . humor as its mainstay. And it does it superbly! Excellent series. It has no real continuous story like Excel or Jungle wa but that doesn’t matter. There are a few serious episodes but generally each episode is just a comedy. The animation and voices are excellent. Obviously the story’s going to be lacking in this series (even more so than in Excel or Jungle wa) but it really isn’t something you notice when you’re laughing so much. Excellent series that I would recommend to anyone, even those who don’t like comedies. This will probably change your mind.

| The story start picking up the character develop(I guess) and the 2 season saparate into 2 chapter (first half second half). It made each chapter shorter but still pack with laugh and joy. If you like the first season then you will love this one too.
Caution: If you don't like this Galaxy Angel in the first season I recommend you not to watch this season. You will still complain believe me.

| Everything is good. from the sound, to the animation. Its enjoyable. And you can watch it now-its not those anime's where the story is related to one another.
One episode is just 15 minutes, and for me episode 8 was very funny recapping the old hero anime's from japan.
Good for lifting your day

| I haven't watched the 1st season yet, so just consider this as a review for Galaxy Angel in general.
This anime has the same effect on me as Azumanga Daioh. This anime's really funny. Not Azumanga Daioh-type of comedy, but really funny in it's own way. There's not much story either, since it's another character-driven anime. Five self-centered girls always arguing among each other is always fun to watch.
It's slapstick comedy in your face. This anime does it very well. The characters are all fun and interesting. There's airhead but lucky Milfeulle, the bishounen lover and self-centered Ranpha, the gun otaku Forte, the cosplay otaku and sooo kawaii Mint, and the silent Vanilla who seems to say the weirdest things when she DOES talk).
They're all part of the team "Galaxy Angel" who go looking around for lost technology, but they always mess up one way or the other. They all argue on almost every single thing. It's really funny watching all the weird situations they get into from somebodys carelessness ^_^. The music in the anime is really catchy too, especially the OP and ED themes (they sound so kawaii in the songs).
Overall, I highly recommend this. Once again, it's another anime that manages to be really good even without the fanservice (sometimes it's just sickening when some anime rely on it too much). Watch it now!
2nd Season was great. Currenly watching the 3rd season, which is equally good so far.

| I loved this show--it's completely insane, there's really no overarching plot, and it makes fun of just about everything. If you liked Excel Saga or want a show that'll make you laugh, you can't go wrong with this. Like most comedies some episodes are really funny, and some not as much, but overall it's great.

| Second season of galaxy angel, this time with bumped up animation and a little more depth to the stories than GA1. I thought the slightly dramatic touches to the episodes gave a lot to the show and brought out more of the character's personalities vs. the generic sitcom episodes. Again, lots of laughs, lots of fun moments with the characters, and no fanservice to be seen. Very pleased.
