| If you havent watched the anime version of Crest of Stars then I'd recommend this manga as in some elements it stays closer to the novel. But if you've seen the anime then dont bother reading the title as it hardly adds anything new to the storyline and it gets boring. The desing makes the characters look childish too.
It basically sums up the anime series. It doesnt go into detail as the anime.
If you know Japanese better buy the novels.
